Each account is limited to one free spin every 24 hours, and any attempt to create multiple accounts, use false information, or otherwise abuse the system may result in forfeiture of winnings and account termination.

Prizes are paid out manually via the payment methods listed on our site (Cash App, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Coinbase, or Chime) at our discretion and within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

David Gaming is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any future changes to these terms.
